The mega social media platform is home to 500,000 new users per day, with an average of 6 new profiles appearing every second. That means that in the time it took you to read this, roughly 8 or 10 new profiles have been created, and now another 3. That being said, Facebook currently wants to reduce the percent of likes and engagement from people for business pages. This process has been going on for a few years now.   • Set your budget and schedule.
  • Create your ad.

Paid ads are easy to use. Whether you use them for impressions or brand awareness, lead generation, web traffic or sales and conversions, Facebook advertising wants you to use them. They help target a specific audience and allow you to control and build your audience. The more efficient they are, the better you perform and the cheaper the ads are for you to run.

Ads can also be used to retarget audiences based on their behavior or former engagement with your content. This helps you to get to people that previously showed interest in your content or products, but never actually bought anything. Think of all those people who put things in their cart but leave the site before making a purchase. Those are just a few of the people you can reach through the use of retargeting ads. 

Not only do paid Facebook ads help you bring people previously interested back to you, they also collect leads, create promotions, and convert offers to sales. A lead is a person or business who may eventually become a client. By placing ads on sites and getting people to leave their contact information in order to learn more, you have already gotten a lead. In other words, paid ads help you locate leads and they are essential to growing your business.
